How to enable 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) for client dashboard


How to use 2FA login with our Client Dashboard

  1. Login into your Client Dashboard
  2. Click on your name at the top right hand corner menu and select Security Settings
  3. Scroll down and locate the Two-Factor Authentication section, then click on Click Here to Enable
  4. On the pop up screen, click on Get Started
  5. Now use your 2FA app to continue with the setup
  6. Once the 2FA is setup, you will require to use 2FA code to login

Some 2FA app you can use are Google Authenticator, Authy, FreeOTP
