The only method we allow for service cancellation is via our client panel (Billing Area), this ensures us you are the actual account holder
Follow these steps to have your service cancelled.

1) Log in to our Client Dashboard
2) Click on Services -> My Products & Services
3) Click on the Details button for the service you wish to cancel, there will be a "Request Cancellation" button.
4) Just go through the steps and a email confirmation will be send to your email inbox
